At Bluecollaz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we've made our return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.

1. 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy on all orders. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility and Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• Tags: It must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Original Packaging: Items must be folded and placed securely in their original or comparable packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Any item returned after the 14-day window.

• Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email us at [support@bluecollaz.com] with your Order Number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

3. Ship It Back: Securely package your item and clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box or package. Ship the item back to the provided address within 7 days of receiving the RAN.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, dislike of product), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Bluecollaz Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs.

5. Refunds and Processing

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification.

• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item for a different size or color, the process is as follows:

1. Follow the How to Initiate a Return or Exchange steps above, clearly stating you want an exchange.

2. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will ship out the replacement item to you.

3. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the original item back, but we will cover the cost to ship the new exchange item to you (standard ground shipping only).
